Townsend Detachment honored 21 of the 56 Vietnam Veterans and Vietnam Era Veterans who are members of the Detachment on Saturday the 20th of May, 2017. Project Officer Paul Williamson arranged to honor these Veterans with the reading of the “50th Anniversary of the Vietnam War” Proclamation and with pinning each of these veterans with the 50th Anniversary commemoration pin.
